By using Drift, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them readable and fair. If something doesn't make sense, just ask us.

Using Drift

You agree to:

• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not try to break, hack, or reverse-engineer the app

Your Content

Your dreams belong to you. We don't claim ownership of the content you create. However, by using our AI interpretation features, you grant us permission to process your dream content through our AI services to provide you with insights.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Free tier includes limited AI interpretations per month
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies
• We may change pricing with notice—existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal

AI Interpretations

Our AI-powered interpretations are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not:

• Medical advice
• Psychological diagnosis or treatment
• Professional counseling
• Predictions of the future

If you're experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

What We Promise

• We'll do our best to keep the app running smoothly
• We'll protect your data with reasonable security measures
• We'll be transparent about changes to the service
• We'll respond to support requests in a reasonable timeframe

What We Don't Promise

Drift is provided "as is." We can't guarantee:

• 100% uptime (though we try!)
• That AI interpretations will be accurate or meaningful to you
• That the app will meet all your expectations
• That we'll never have bugs (we're human too)

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service or other users
• Attempt to circumvent payment or usage limits

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continuing to use Drift after changes means you accept the new terms.

Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court (except where prohibited by law).
